TeamsMonitor.Core NuGet outdated? #6

First of all: great package! This local API part of Teams is a bit in the shadow as Microsoft does not disclose much of it.

As part of a personal project I wanted to use the TeamsMonitor.Core NuGet package. However, I noticed that the latest NuGet release still uses protocol-version 1.0.0, while the latest version of "new" Teams requires 2.0.0.

Although the source code does support version 2.0.0, the package does not seem to be updated accordingly. The latest version is from March this year.

Please update the Core NuGet package so we can use the latest version :-)
