The add to calendar button adds the activity to the calendar with the right start- and end times

The application does not account for time zones and (currently) places all activities two hours forward in time

admin/user
browser: add activity to calendar, observe the time difference in koala and the suggested google calendar

The time should be converted to utc before generating the url
