Photo detail page

This includes a new layout for individual photos. It features two different layouts for portrait and landscape viewports. I'm posting this for feedback, but it isn't perfect yet.

Some known issues:

• In portrait view, small viewport width leads to text on the action bar overlaying

I'm especially fond of the portrait view with landscape photos. Example screenshot (I've made the buttons a bit smaller since):

The single photo page on mobile is quite unusable

This was due to a WiFi fluke. Although on especially short screens there is the chance that the buttons fall off-screen.

I would suggest disabling clicking on photo's from an album page on mobile.

Offline discussion: Hugo made this suggestion because the album page already has photo's in full screen and they don't tend to get larger. That requires rethinking the information flow, we'll postpone this until later
