Give Commit users ssh access #407

Currently commit users can only use sftp, but ssh access would be more convenient. As the rights are quite tightly controlled, this should be fine

I currently see no reason why CommIT people would want to manage content on the server. However, for future reference I would suggest adding people from the CommIT here:
