Pull .discord-webhook from Bitwarden #448

Deploys require a webhook in ansible/.discord-webhook. Since you have to be authenticated to bitwarden anyway we can also make deploy.py pull this webhook from Bitwarden and make the setup for new IT-crowders easier.
