How do I accomplish item 6 and beyond? I just opened python for the first time 2 hours ago, created txt in step 4, but I don't understand how to execute step 6, where to enter this command?

Python scripts executes from console (command prompt, power shell) You should open command prompt then switch to the directory with project and after that run command. I have checked again the project it works correct According to your screenshot I could recommed redownload project, seems to be file is corrupted or changed
