Autoshow register button when the registration opens #500

Closes #489 .

Summary

This forces the registration button to appear when the event should open according to local time.

How to test

Steps to test the changes you made:

  1. Go to any event thats upcomming (within 2 hours and you're allowed to register)
  2. Click on the event
  3. Wait
