Actual only receive Thalia emails on GSuite account

Problem

Currently only emails to aliases are sent to only your GSuite account if out have one. Emails sent from events or ThaliaPay batches do go to your personal email

Solution

Actually send all emails to GSuite account if applicable and box is checked

Motivation

I check this box to receive all emails in a different inbox to keep things separated.

I remember that we had a big discussion on how to do this exactly. I think the main reason was that some emails are strictly personal and have nothing to do with committees and we trying to split that
