Unable to update registration when registration deadline passed. #3657

Describe the bug

When the registration deadline has passed users cannot update their registration anymore. For example for Thalia Weekend people couldn't update emergency contact etc after the registration deadline.

How to reproduce

  1. Go to '...'
  2. Click on '....'
  3. Scroll down to '....'
  4. See error

Expected behaviour

I expect it would be nice to be able to either add a deadline of updating your registration, or have it that you are always able to update your registration when the event has not happened yet.

I think one should just always be able to change their registration information
