WIP: Update to AWS SDK V3 isolated by clients

• Replace aws-sdk package for @aws-sdk/client-s3
• Add build github action
• Add minio docker-compose service to docs
• Replace aws-sdk package for @aws-sdk/client-s3 in docs
• Remove minio and @nestjs/core
• Update @nestjs/common package and typescript
