As a user with a lot of labels

I want to see a suggestion of all my current labels when trying to create a new one

so that I can reuse labels easily without having to remember them

Acceptance criteria

[ ] Labels are reusable
[ ] Some form of suggestion or "auto-completion" implemented when the user wants to create a new label
