replaces some debian docker images by prebuild apine images
move compilation of couchdb-lucene to prepare phase
add ./docker-compose.sh --prepare command
add Vagrantfile for the docker setup

@alex-evo this might solve your docker problems. You could test the Vagrantfile in /deployment/
