List of Moderators under Moderation tab reveals the list of administrators

After fixing https://github.com/sw360/sw360portal/issues/240, the simple users can see the list of all administrators in the system (under Moderation tab when receiving a moderation request), an information which I believe was accessible before only for administrators under Admin, Users.

As a side effect of the change, one document from the list of moderation request currently have 9 rows and 17 users in my case, and it could become even bigger if there are many clearing admins or administrators in the organization. This could make the moderation list quite ugly.

• showing e-mails of users
• showing a list of admins

agree if the sw360 would be used like github or similar systems in a larger context or as public instance. For

• The first point: In our organization, the e-mail address of any person can be found anyway by anyone.
• The second point: actually, users have indicated that this is actually missing, because they want to know, which are users which could be helping here.

considering productive data there is a list of moderators displayed which does not make clear who are clearing admins or who not. Closing.
