Small fix to temp HP style #637

This fix seems to remedy a style that causes the profile picture and temp HP to be pushed out of the top section bounds.

@JavaShipped would you be able to make this changes in the .less files as well? Otherwise they will get overwritten when we compile them again. Also, if possible, adding the changes on the 'fixed' section of changelog.md
