This PR:

Refactors CharacterImporter to be instanced, allowing multiple characters to be imported without the state of _actor or _itemsWithAdvancement impacting subsequent imports.
Removes two unnecessary packs from addItems():
- sw5e.archetypes is handled in addClasses()
- sw5e.backgrounds is handled in addBackground()

Closes #707
