Unable to create Starships #795

Description: When attempting to create starships or import them from the compendium, I am met with a "LocalDocumentField is not defined" error.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Click on 'Create Actor'
  2. Add a name
  3. Click 'Player Character' in the 'Type' section
  4. Select 'Starship'
  5. Click 'Create New Actor'
  6. See Error

**Foundry Information Foundry version: Version 11 - Stable - Build 315 SW5e version: v2.4.0.2.7.0 OS: Windows 10

Additional context: I've tried restarting, running as administrator, reinstalling SW5e, and updating, all with no luck.
