Rename the project to angularj-ssr #6

The current project name spring-boot-angular-renderer is quite long and people might think it's only about Spring Boot. To reflect these problems I will rename the project into angularj-ssr.

After the rename I will also request a namespace in the Maven Central Repository to publish the project as library via Maven.

Project was renamed and will be renamed a second time to angularj-universal as soon preboot.js is integrated and server and client side rendering is supported.
