wget error #11055

Description

I try to download the codegenerator as the first step of installation. console goes like:

wget https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/io/swagger/swagger-codegen-cli/2.4.20/swagger-codegen-cli-2.4.20.jar -O swagger-codegen-cli.jar SYSTEM_WGETRC = c:/progra~1/wget/etc/wgetrc syswgetrc = P:\GnuWin/etc/wgetrc --2021-06-18 09:19:20-- https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/io/swagger/swagger-codegen-cli/2.4.20/swagger-codegen-cli-2.4.20.jar repo1.maven.org feloldása... 199.232.188.209 Csatlakozás a következ"ohöz: repo1.maven.org[199.232.188.209]:443... kapcsolódva. Nem lehet létrehozni SSL-kapcsolatot.

Reproduce: Go to command line and enter the wget command from above.

If this is a problem with wget or ssl, than what can I do? How can I set up SSL to work?

Learning how to use tools of your choice may help: --no-check-certificate
