Play 2.6 #142

Play 2.6 was just released. I copied the play-2.5 project and updated to 2.6. Tests pass for both scala 2.11 and 2.12. Bumped the swagger-play version to 1.6.0

Fixes #123

@fehguy Could you help with getting this merged and a new version released?

Yes, there are some changes needed in the readme but they are minor. Will later today.
