swagger-version is at SNAPSHOT and not available #174

I just downloaded swagger-samples repo (#a5ece13) and it has a SNAPSHOT version in swagger-version in root pom.xml, which is not available for download at maven build.

If using 1.5.22 instead, it builds fine.
