Update documentation for Swagger-CodeGen Tool #353

The documentation for the swagger tools is way outdated:

Located in this repository file: swagger.io/tools-documentation/documentation.md

It can be updated or replaced with the info from the respective repository's Readme:

Hi @LazaroOnline, what you're pointing to here is not an active branch. There's not need for us to update that. What we'll do instead is remove the stale branch.

What I was referring as outdated was the page itself at: https://swagger.io/docs/open-source-tools/swagger-codegen/

Independently of where it comes from.

This issue is not closed, the problem is still there, I will open a new issue since I don't see how to re-open this one
