OAS 3.0 Support #115

Validating OAS 3.0 specs is currently not supported.

e.g. http://online.swagger.io/validator?url=https://raw.githubusercontent.com/OAI/OpenAPI-Specification/v3.0.1/examples/v3.0/petstore.yaml

Seems like v3 support already in git. Is it possible to deploy it?

Dear Sir, We are development team of data.gov.tw. We have integrated OAS into data management among public institutions since last year. Some of public institutions in Taiwan have developed OAS 3.0. However, they are eager to have tools that could help them to test and validate the specifications they developed. Thus, may we know when would OAS 3.0 validator be possibly deployed? We are looking forward to your kind reply.

@Gdewilde We're in the process of improving our online services and updating them with new ones as well. Recently we changed all the services to default to https, and have made some (albeit transparent) updates to others. The validator is definitely on that list, it's just a process that we're going through. Hopefully, we'd be able to make a public release and deployment within a few weeks.

As noted in https://github.com/swagger-api/validator-badge/issues/137#issuecomment-545934532 validator.swagger.io now supports OAS3. It appears that in the last couple days online.swagger.io has also been updated to support OAS3.

@kevinoid That's correct. Both URLs now point to the latest version of the validator.
