Bump swagger-parser version #141

Trying to see if it fixes #137

It seems like this has the same problem. I think we'd need to have https://github.com/swagger-api/swagger-parser/pull/977 back ported to the v1 branch or update the validator-badge to use the 2.0 code in master.
