Add support for CMUSphinx models #1

Would be nice to add this. No dependency on sphinx scripts, just a pure text 
analyzer of the mdef file.

i added a new context dependency class for sphinx models.  i think it might be 
slightly different from what you were suggesting here but it should work.  now 
to get juicer reading those sphinx models too!

Better to build WFST decoder in CMUSphinx :)
