htk models broke #6

i broke the am mapping for htk and sphinx models. i done goofed.

Fixed these issues and have now run some proper preliminary tests with tcubed 
htk, tcubed sphinx and juicer htk.  everything seems to be in working order 
now.  the latest version should build cascades without problems!
