Video Settings: changing options doesn't work first time #18

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. On PS3, browse to the Video Settings folder
2. Selected an option and click play
3. Shows setting disabled even if it should be enabled.
4. Starting it again will enable it, but sometimes it will still show the 
disabled icon

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should enable/disable the option based on its original status, but instead 
it shows the wrong icon and doesnt enable/disable it on the first time

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.51, Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.
