Looking for getopt.h - not found #19

Although it isn't not important, please note that since the change in https://github.com/swami/libinstpatch/commit/72c1e207930cf13526eb3d42708e58749b37f7e8, we notice that getopt.h is not found even if the user specify a right path in GETOPT_INCLUDE_PATH.

Will look to drop this getopt support, using Glib command line option parser.
