Unable to delete Trust Bundle mapping from under a Domain in IE8

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Create a Trust Bundle
2.Assign it to an existing domain
3.Try to delete the Trust bundle from under domain

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Trust bundle mapping should be deleted from under the domain. However, deletion 
fails with Javascript errors

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Direct Project-2.1 deployed in JBoss on Red Hat Linux with UI accessed via IE8 
on windows 7

I checked changeset 2279. It shows changes to csharp code, but issue is with 
Java RI. I apologize for not mentioning it in the original issue.
