Intermediate certs not discovered via AIA extension #216

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load a root certificate into the system that uses an intermediate CA to 
issue certificates.
2. Discovery end entity certificate via DNS or LDAP.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The system should be able to discover intermediate CAs not loaded in the trust 
store via the AIA V3 certificate extension (if it exists).  The Java RI does 
not utilize this extension, and certificate path validation fails.
