Add "back to top" button when scrolled #30

Description of issue:- Back to top button will appear when page is very long, as we can see leaderboard is very big. image like this button can appear in the right bottom of the page.

@swamimalode07 , please assign this issue to me under hacktoberfest 2k24.

Sure , i will mark this as a hactober contribution , just make sure it does not have conflicts with main branch and make sure to keep it as the presnt ui

-make sure to add screenshots before and after the contribution
