Finished the desktop/laptop version of the navbar, this includes animations on select and the svg logo.
This navbar is placed inside the rootlayout so it overlays all the elements inside the page. Sticking to the top of the page as you scroll is a work in progress :)
Mobile version still has some formatting bugs, will fix in the upcoming PRs!
