refactor: consistent xpub naming

used "address derivation" and (public) key where appropriate
consistent lowercase for all variable names, e.g. xpubObject
consistent capitalization of class names and exports, e.g. XpubInput, XpubImporter, XpubMetadata, etc.

⚠️ Note that naming might change again slightly as we introduce ypub and zpub support.
