Various changes in @swan/xpub-lib and @swan/xpub-tool packages to support ypubs and zpubs:

introduce getXpubType which returns the purpose based on the xpub format (see purpose.js)
include xpub type to metadata
add support for ypub/zpub and testnet equivalents (upub/vpub)
adapt validation for all xpub types
add ypub/zpub/upub/vpub to example xpubs in the tool
