build(lib): pack compiled files in lib/ instead of src/

moved index.js into src/ and adjusted exports
use @babel/cli (7.x) instead of babel-cli (6.x)
added plugin-transform-modules-commonjs to properly transform import/export statements
only publish files in lib/
