The Hill website has a video reference that, once clicked onto, becomes large and covers most of the page. The first link is to the Hill site. The second link it to the software that creates this effect.

I do not want my video reference to be as small as the one on the Hill site but I do like the way it enlarges and shows on the page when clicked.. It's very professional looking!
