Fix tiny typo. #57

"Declaring a namespaces" ---> "Declaring namespaces"

This title is consistent with the other titles for example: "Comments" "Definitions" "Literal data types" "Function literals"

Interestingly, listing out the other titles makes it sound like "Namespaces" will be much more consistent. Interesting.
