The underlying `cake restart` has changed name #29

cake restart is now cake -r. It also now outputs the generic cake help text which isn't meaningful to display in the TextMate HTML window.

Please separate the pull request into two requests. One for the Load File bit and one for the cake restart. Thanks much!

Hi. I'll close my current two 2 pull requests and do cleaner new ones. Sorry for making a meal out of 2 simple changes; I'm still getting used to how github works :)
