Short description of what this resolves:

Punctuation can be placed after TL too in TLDR, but most prominent is simple straight forward TLDR without punctuation, so resolved in the Readme.md file.

Changes proposed in this pull request:

Semicolon placed at wrong place.

Fixes:

Fixed the punctuation punched.
