Add Wikipedia article links (that exist) for all books

I added the wikipedia article links to the books and created a pull request

@etdesign PR #228 appears to be replacing the book links with Wikipedia links. This issue is to add the Wikipedia links in addition to the book links.

You can see this from the last 3 books in README.md:
