SUPER weird one-off. HTTP_REFERER is https://www.swapmyvote.uk/mobile_phone/verify_create?... and request is POST to users#create but I can't see any link or form on that page which would cause that. Gonna resolve as a possible hacking attempt since can't think of another explanation, but will keep an eye out for reoccurrences.
