All of you can work on this issue. In the README add the list of programs present (alphabetically), how to execute them, and decorate as you feel.

I would like to add c++ solution for the Mini-Max problem .this comes under problem-solving set. Can u assign me for it?

@swapnanildutta I've added my solution for hackerrank problem and have updated the added all the existing files in README file order wise please merge my PR.
