Opening twitter and product hunt in new tab #313

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Right now twitter and product hunt link is opening in same tab which is not user friendly.

Describe the solution you'd like I want to make twitter and product hunt open in new tab like the github one.

Please assign this issue to me under GSSoC'23.
