Change in the raedme.md #321

Readme is not sufficient for a person to know about the website .There must be a few more points added in the description of the website . The introduction section of the readme must be more elaborated with points being more clear and visible what is the site about and what all features it has. The new points which can be added are about the various sections which we have on the website and how is it beneficial for the community.
