Added hover effects on cards #388

Description

There were no effect on cards earlier
I have added proper effect given by you that is zoom in image on hover
I have applied proper css and react code

Fixes #383

@parasss19 There are 2 files changes but only 20 lines of code so that's why I have given level 1 tag.
