[Feature]: made all pages auto scroll to top on pagination #389

Description

Implemented logic to made all pages auto scroll to top i have used (useEffect, useState) hooks and made changes in the ReactPaginateComponent.js file.

Fixes #385

Replace #385 with the issue number which is fixed in this PR
