Create a bootstrap alert messages for success and error messages #281

Messages displayed after login and register and creation of contacts and deletion of contacts can be made using bootstrap alert messages, it gives different colors for different messages like success and error , however this can't be included in home page as we are using pop up message , but this can be included in other pages except home page
