Describe the bug

Our django admin page looks improper without css ,

I would like to work on this, please assign me @swapnilsparsh

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error

If you want you can work on it but you will not get any points in GSSOC as the program has been over.

Sir, I am a Django Developer and I would like to work on this issue, as I have worked prior to this upon django based projects and also I am working upon integration of Django BAckend and React Frontend by using DJANGO REST FRAMEWORK and building my own REST APIs
