BTC2GHOST should be added corresponding to https://github.com/swaponline/MultiCurrencyWallet/blob/master/src/core/swap.flows/GHOST2BTC.ts

and

BTC2NEXT should be added corresponding to https://github.com/swaponline/MultiCurrencyWallet/blob/master/src/core/swap.flows/NEXT2BTC.ts
