swar not starting job #1138

Hai i am new to swar Swar is working perfectly with linux, but in windows 0 jobs starting..

i tried to restart, but no success

log file :
Second instance. Quitting.

only one line

config file : config.txt

Maybe change your log level to INFO and try starting the job. Then see if anything shows up in the debug.log in your swar program folder

WINDOWS EXAMPLE: C:\Users\Swar\AppData\Local\chia-blockchain\app-1.1.5\resources\app.asar.unpacked\daemon\chia.exe
