Manager Status shows as Stopped but it is still running #724

When executing the plot manager in one of my machines the plot manager states as Stopped but the plotting is still going, so no major issue there in terms of productivity but it might just be something you want to look into.

Thanks so much for this tool it is a lifesaver, loving it so far!
